Jennifer Regnier
CEO & Owner
Meet Jennifer
Jennifer is a bilingual outgoing, creative and innovative award-winning program manager and facilitator who has worked with the education system for over 20 years creating and delivering curriculum-linked programs in both English and French.
Jennifer has received two Gold Global Best Awards from the International Partnership Network, in collaboration with the Conference Board of Canada, for her innovative, program development and partnership building in support of youth entrepreneurship.
Jennifer is an experienced community developer with a proven track record for understanding client training needs. Her dedication to creating unique and engaging learning opportunities paired with her ‘out of the box’ approach to program delivery allows her to build learning programs that come together seamlessly and captivate audiences.

Cathy Belanger, B.Ed.
Curriculum Director & Business Skills Consultant
Meet Cathy
Cathy has been teaching at the secondary level for over 28 years and believes in engaging students with experiential learning opportunities to build employability and life skills.
Cathy has received 6 Global Best Awards for her unique student and employer partnership projects. She has spoken internationally at business and education conferences in Durban, Brussels, Oslo, Houston and Tampa about the importance of partnering with outside organizations to bring real-life value to curriculum learning. Cathy also advised a K-12 Reference Group for the Conference Board of Canada (2014-2019) and has also presented nationally at the SPSE Conference Board of Canada Annual Conference in 2016 and at Engineers without Borders Annual Conference in 2015 about the importance of experiential learning in education.
Cathy has also created toolkits for the United Nations Association of Canada to build skills in new Canadians. These workshops are actively being delivered in Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto & Halifax

Rachel Richard

Meet Rachel
Rachel is a coach, consultant, speaker and author with an uncanny ability to engage audiences, tell stories and motivate others. Rachel brings almost 20 years of background in communications, elegant leadership, project management on multi million-dollar business systems, strategic planning and business/community development.
Rachel excels as an educator having taught courses for children as young as four to youth and adults; on an ice surface to a college lecture hall. Whether in front of large audiences, small groups or one-on-one, you will always find her educating! Executive Director, John Rapp worked with Rachel for over 14 years quotes, “Rachel is energy, creativity and determination personified.”

Mélanie Chevrier

Meet Mélanie
As a community innovator, consultant and trainer, Mélanie specializes in leadership, management, and collaborative strategies. Her work is focused on organizational and human transformation.
Mélanie is passionate about community development and the Canadian Francophonie. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the following sectors: education, non-profit, health, immigration, cultural and early childhood.
Committed to making a difference, Mélanie furthers her professional development around the Globe: Canada, France, Switzerland, and the United States. She is also a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Trainer, and Speaker.

Sue Hemstreet, B. Ed

Meet Sue
Sue is an experienced educator with over 25 years experience in the secondary school system. As an energetic professional and proponent of experiential learning, Sue is committed to creating innovative and relevant educational materials that support secondary and post-secondary career pathway development.
Sue’s approach is focused on a commitment to student learning and engagement using ‘forward thinking’ and problem solving, employment partnership development and a collaborative learning approach.
Anique MacEachern, OCT, M.Ed
Curriculum Specialist, High School
Meet Anique
Anique became a member of the Ontario College of Teachers in 2009 and has taught several grades from Kindergarten to Grade 12. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the Centre de recherches en éducation franco-ontarienne under The Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto with a specialization in Education, Francophonies and Diversity.
By providing them with opportunities to develop their metacognitive skills, she believes that students can play an important role in their learning.
Therefore, she seeks to offer young people authentic and engaging activities that inspire students to reflect.
A firm believer that every student can succeed, she also likes to propose learning opportunities rooted in a Franco-Canadian context.

Laura Bond

Meet Laura
Laura is an award-winning coach, consultant, educator and leader in the community. Laura is a member of the Ontario College of Teachers and joins our team with over 15 years of recreation and sport experience. She has an expertise in coaching basketball, both provincially and nationally and is the former head coach of the Algonquin College Women’s Basketball Team.
Laura has a degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education and is passionate about positively impacting youth through education and sport. She is a major advocate for youth mental health and setting students up for success beyond high school and university.
Breanna Pizzuto

Meet Breanna
Born and raised in Ottawa, Breanna Pizzuto has degrees from the University of Ottawa in Health Sciences and Psychology. Breanna has experience working various jobs in the healthcare and social services fields, including substance use disorders, supportive housing and crisis intervention. With a strong passion for helping others and an interest in breaking down stigma surrounding mental health and suicide, Breanna started her own business, Talk Tools, in 2018 where she offers workshops and consultation on the topics of active communication as it pertains to mental health and suicide intervention. In January of 2021, Breanna will begin her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and plans to add a private practice to Talk Tools in summer 2023.

Meet Nathalie
Always in an energetic and dynamic fashion, Nathalie’s mission is to help others in their own growth. She has worked in the early childhood education sector for many years, and is now working at the college level.
As a fitness coach, whether online or in person, she always finds a way to motivate people.
Known for her creative spirit, being a group facilitator is one of the strengths of this proud Franco-Ontarian!

Katie Belanger

Meet Katie
Katie is a recent graduate from Carleton University with a B.Sc. in Neuroscience, and has over five years experience each in education and customer service. She is an energetic, enthusiastic educator with a passion for motivating students to see the fun in learning math and science.
Katie’s background in workplace management and extensive experience tutoring both in-person and online has given her a strong foundation to create a positive and constructive learning environment, while maintaining a dynamic teaching style that motivates personal growth. As a recent university student herself, she has had first-hand experience with the demands and skills required for postsecondary education, and consistently implements life skills as a complement to curriculum-driven lesson plans.
Katie is a firm advocate for learning that reaches beyond the classroom, and for unlocking student potential in subjects they would otherwise consider challenging.
