What We Do

Our Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) Training and Certifications are created to help Educators meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education.

Our workshops and certifications can be modified to fit other programs with a school or other student audiences such as Careers.

UNLEASH INNOVATION, CREATIVITY AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP (ICE)

We recruit the Industry Partner, organize logistics, prepare all materials and facilitate one day ICE training based on the Ministry of Education guidelines.

WHAT THE TECH?

In this one day workshop, students will learn about the hot careers in technology while developing relevant employability skills as they work in teams to solve sector challenges using technology.

Add-On Segment: Sector Networking

Sector Networking allows students to interact and speak with professionals and entrepreneurs from the sector who share their career journey with students in a speed-dating style activity where students will speak with 2 or more professionals and/or entrepreneurs.

Educator Training

ICE UNLOCKED – TRAINING FOR EDUCATORS

This one-day interactive Educator training, based on the Ministry of Education ICE Toolkit, is an opportunity to learn and live the 3 Gear process while gaining an understanding of the objectives, activities and exploring unique delivery models.
