Jennifer is a bilingual outgoing, creative, and innovative award-winning program manager, TEDxOttawa Salon Speaker, and facilitator who has worked with the education system for over 20 years creating and delivering curriculum-linked programs in both English and French.
Jennifer has received two Gold Global Best Awards from the International Partnership Network, in collaboration with the Conference Board of Canada, for her innovative program development and partnership building in support of youth entrepreneurship.
Jennifer is an experienced community developer with a proven track record for understanding client training needs. Her dedication to creating unique and engaging learning opportunities paired with her ‘out of the box’ approach to program delivery allows her to build learning programs that come together seamlessly and captivate audiences.

Cathy has been involved in education and skills training for over 30 years.
Cathy has received 6 Global Best Awards for her unique student and employer partnership projects. She has spoken internationally at business and education conferences in Durban, Brussels, Oslo, Houston, and Tampa about the importance of partnering with outside organizations to bring real-life value to curriculum learning. Cathy has advised a K-12 Reference Group for the Conference Board of Canada and has presented nationally at the SPSE Conference Board of Canada Annual Conference and at the Engineers without Borders Annual Conference. She has spoken at many professional development conferences about the importance of skills training being relevant to the learner.
Cathy has been involved in developing many educational products for a variety of clients. She taps into a network of international collaborators and is an ambassador for the International Education and Business partnership network.

Mélanie is a community innovator, consultant, and trainer who specializes in leadership, management, and collaborative strategies. Her work is focused on organizational and human transformation.
Mélanie is passionate about community development and the Canadian Francophonie. She has more than 20 years of experience in several sectors including education, non-profit, health, immigration, culture, and early childhood.
Mélanie is committed to making a difference and furthering her professional development around the Globe: Canada, France, Switzerland, and the United States. She is also a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Trainer, and Speaker.

The overall UEÉ team is comprised of entrepreneurs, educators, facilitators, consultants, and business professionals with a combined 50 years plus of training, presenting, and teaching expertise. We thrive on being innovative to create sessions that respond to changing needs within the education system and the labour market. We pride our success on a belief that there is not a one-size fits all approach to experiential learning. When working with clients we create and deliver unique and authentic programs.
UEÉ prides itself on being authentically bilingual. Simply translating languages is NOT good enough, and as a result our team consists of anglophone and francophone development and education teams.
As the need for certifications and programming is increasing in school boards across Ontario and beyond, UEÉ is not stopping and is seeking self-motivated individuals with a ‘can do’ attitude to join the #SkillsRevolution team.
We operate on trust and leverage our diverse experiences and perspectives to create meaningful experiential learning opportunities for students and educators.
